containR is back—featuring a new location and a new look.

Every year containR hosts change-making, accessible arts programming made for gathering. Having travelled to many communities of Calgary, containR is an art park structured with upcycled shipping containers that is designed, developed and curated by Springboard Performance.

We are thrilled to welcome you into this new season and new era of containR. As we settle into the neighbourhood, we're excited to partner with local businesses, artists, community instigators and community associations to create a vibrant season of activations in Inglewood. From family-friendly gatherings to artistic interventions and cultural events, there will be something for everyone to experience throughout the summer.

Whether you’re stopping by to connect with neighbours, take in a performance, or simply spend time in the space, containR is here to celebrate creativity, community, and shared experiences in the heart of the city.

containR Fest is back for 2026!

Produced by Springboard Performance, this summer series returns June 18th-21st with vibrant performances, artistic experiences, and community gatherings celebrating creativity in all its forms.

Stand by for our official lineup reveal—this year’s festival will feature an exciting mix of music and multidisciplinary artists, bringing bold performances and immersive experiences to the space all summer long.
